Where tradition meets the present

The Newbury School of Weaving (founded by Norman Kennedy as Marshfield School of Weaving,) preserves a millennia-old weaving tradition, offering contemporary weavers time-proven methods for efficient, quality workmanship. From our home in rural Vermont we welcome students of all experience levels to find connection in a vital and living heritage craft.
